D. Scott Crabtree
President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadway Services, Inc.

Mr. Crabtree has worked in health care Administration since 1982.  Prior to joining BSI, he managed a New Orleans retirement community for over 11 years.  He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Tennessee and completed postgraduate business courses at Loyola University in New Orleans.  He currently serves on the boards of the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators, the Louisiana Emergency Preparedness Review Committee, and the Gulf States Association of Homes and Services for Aging, as well as numerous associations related to community services for aging and disabilities.  Mr. Crabtree is an outdoor enthusiast who is also active in various community groups with one favorite serving as the team captain for a large cycling team that fundraises for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.  He is a member of St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church, where he has served as an elder.  Mr. Crabtree is currently on the board of directors for Bridge House, Inc. and is a former board member of Grace House, Inc. and St. Andrew’s Episcopal School.

Jere Hales
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Hales has 20 years of healthcare experience which spans from clinical nursing to healthcare administration.  She began her career in the United States Army, where she received training in nursing and specialized in the areas of cardiology and abdominal transplantation.  She has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Montclair State University and a MBA from Tulane University.  Prior to joining BSI, she held the position of Director of Geriatric Services Development for Tulane Medical Center where she led the charge in strategic development for senior care.  Her background also includes leadership positions in healthcare sales/marketing, physician relations, and business development.

Lynn Swetland
Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Swetland is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S.M. degree in accounting from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.  She has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Lambeth House since September 2004 and has 16 years of prior experience in accounting, including five years in health care.  She volunteers as a co-treasurer for two local organizations, actively participates in a monthly book club, and likes to exercise and spend time with family and friends.

Debra Godsey, RN
Director of Health Services

Debra Godsey RN,  Director of Health Services, has 23 years of experience in Long Term Care which include Director of Nursing  and Consulting roles.  Mrs. Godsey has successfully planned and implemented evacuations of Long Term Care Facilities for Hurricanes five separate times. In addition to nursing accomplishments she is a recognized speaker on a variety of health care topics and is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. She has reviewed malpractice cases for a number of legal firms in and out of the State of Louisiana.  Currently, she serves on the advisory board of the Louisiana Geriatric Society.  She is an Army Veteran who retired in 2005 after 24 years of service.  Education includes a B.S. in Biology and an Associate of Science in Nursing.

Jennifer Credeur
Social Services Director

Mrs. Credeur is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She joined the Lambeth House team in 2012 in preparation for the opening of St. Anna’s.   She received her B.A. from Auburn University in Psychology  and her master’s degree from Tulane School of Social Work.  Prior to Lambeth House, Mrs. Credeur worked for East Jefferson General Hospital as a medical social worker for the skilled nursing unit.  She also  worked in a mental health resource center in the Ninth Ward.

Amy Roberts
Director of Human Resources

Mrs. Roberts is a Tulane University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  Graduating in the midst of Hurricane Katrina, she took her career down a different path and began working in the HR field.  She joined Lambeth House in November 2016 with over ten years of in-depth HR experience and two professional HR certifications.  Mrs. Roberts has a passion for Human Resources and is excited to have joined the Lambeth House team.

Cathy Maddox
Marketing Director

Ms. Maddox graduated from LSU with a B.S. in Education, and later post graduate studies in business and banking. She spent 26 years specializing in community banking. A Baton Rouge native, she moved to New Orleans in 1996 where she expanded her sales, marketing, advertising and public relations experience.  Prior to joining the Marketing team at Lambeth House, she served as Marketing Director of St. Anna’s Residence.

She loves working with people in the community and cultivating relationships.  Ms. Maddox has a broad range of interests to include gardening, photography, painting, exercising, snorkeling and anything else that keeps her active and involved with enjoying nature!

Carrie Mercer
Director of Marketing

Ms. Mercer has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare marketing.  She graduated from McNeese State University with a B.A. in Marketing/Communications. Her previous work experience includes positions as Marketing Director of Women & Children’s Hospital in Lake Charles, Marketing Director for River Parishes Hospital in LaPlace, Director of Geriatric Services Development for Tulane Medical Center where she led the charge in strategic development for senior care.  Ms. Mercer joined the Lambeth House Marketing team in 2012 as the Marketing Director for Assisted Living and Nursing Care.  She left in 2014 to work for Wunderman, a global ad agency specializing in healthcare marketing.  In June 2016, Ms. Mercer returned to Lambeth House as Marketing Director for Independent Living.  Ms. Mercer is the mother of two children, Katie and Conner, who are currently in High School. 

Caroline Lavance
Director of Marketing (Assisted Living and Nursing Care)

Ms. LaVance joined Lambeth House in March 2016 as the Marketing Director for Assisted Living and Nursing Care. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her received Master of Health Administration from Tulane University in May 2016. As part of her Master’s degree, Caroline completed a one year residency program at Lambeth House.

Daphne Dominguez
Director of Assisted Living

Mrs. Dominguez joined the Lambeth House team in 2007 and relishes building relationships with residents and co-workers in her work here.  She graduated from the University of New Orleans with her Masters in Education and Graduate Certificate in Gerontology, and has worked in long-term care for the past 11 years.  She currently sits on the Education Committee for the Louisiana Assisted Living Association (LALA).  Her experience includes Director of Special Care Units/Alzheimer Units, Director of Adult Day Care Program, and Director of Assisted Living.

Monica Harris-Hall
Environmental Services Director

Mrs. Hall holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern University A&M College and a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in health care administration.  Upon graduation, Mrs. Hall completed a two-year management internship at LSU Medical Center/Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge.  Mrs. Hall has previously served as Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Tulane University Hospital and Clinic.

"I enjoy getting an opportunity to meet with residents and their loved ones.  A resident's family member once left a note in my office, thanking my department for always putting a smile on her father’s face.  I will never forget it."

Stefanie Hosek
Food and Beverage Director

Mrs. Hosek is a certified dietary manager.  She has been the Manager of Dining Services at Lambeth House since it opened in October 1998 and previously served as the Café Manager at Ponchartrain Hotel for eight years.  Mrs. Hosek takes delight in growing vegetables and flowers in her garden, reading and, walking.

"Why do I love working at Lambeth House? After a 12 hour day, I get in my car and have a huge smile on my face and I say to myself, 'That was a good day, everyone was happy!'"

Luis Martinez
Director of Plant Operations

Mr. Martinez has been certified by the National Board for Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors.  He has 16 years of experience, including plumbing, electrical, painting, sheet rocking, and ceramic tile.  He became the maintenance supervisor in October 2004 and the Director of Plant Operations at Lambeth House in January 2006.

Kristen Ferguson
Director of Lifestyles and Social Services Designee Assisted Living

Ms. Ferguson holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia where she graduated with honors. Despite the focus of her studies, she quickly discovered that her true passion rested in aging services. 

She joined Lambeth House in 2010 as the Social Services and Lifestyles Assistant. As the need for Social Services evolved, so did Ms. Ferguson’s career.  Based on her talents and dedication, her role expanded.   She now holds the position of Social Services Designee for Assisted Living and in 2014 was promoted to Director of Lifestyles for Lambeth House.

Jeanne Bell
Independent Living Lifestyle Coordinator

Jeanne has a diverse professional career including advertising, investment banking, teaching and entrepreneurship.  Her career began as a print production manager for a Houston advertising agency, then as the traffic manager for an Atlanta ad agency.  From 1987 to 1994 Jeanne was the Southeast Regional Administrator for wholesale bond broker, John Nuveen & Company.  Upon returning home to New Orleans in 1994, while rearing her young family, Jeanne applied her Loyola University degree in elementary education to teaching nursery school at Les Enfants and then at St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church.  In 2004 Jeanne founded SeaTurtle Sports, launching the inaugural product Beach Bocce Ball (www.beachbocceball.com), an innovative adaptation of the popular game Bocce.  Her natural creative and people skills, and communications background, suit her well as lifestyle coordinator for Lambeth House, charged with developing and maintaining a robust activities calendar.
