Lambeth House Foundation
The Lambeth House Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has been in existence since 2001. Our Foundation’s guiding principles are to support residents in times of need, to make improvements in our community, and for research that benefits seniors everywhere.
The Foundation supports projects beyond what is covered in the annual operating budget. Donations support community enhancements, fitness equipment for the Lambeth House Wellness Center, and educational programs for seniors in the New Orleans area.
The Foundation is also proud to partner with local nonprofits such as Children’s Hospital and St. Michael’s Special School. These affiliations provide opportunities for intergenerational engagement that has proven to be invaluable to all participants.
Most recently, the Lambeth House has partnered with Ochsner Health System to launch a one-year pilot study of dementia management using interactive technology that includes telehealth. Funding for this research is made possible through the Lambeth House Foundation.
To support the Foundation, donations may be made directly to the Director of Development or through annual or planned giving. Gifts can also be made in memory of a loved one or in honor of a family member or friend.
